We Ship from our warehouse in the USA. For your covenience we will send you a Tracking Number for your order. If you are purchasing via eBay, this Tracking Number will also be available on the eBay system in your Items Purchased section. In addition, all shipments will be insured to cover 100% of your purchase price.
Items will be shipped out in within the time stated on the individual listing after receipt of a verified payment, Certain items may take longer than others.
We only ship to a confirmed PayPal address,. Your Billing Address must match your Shipping Address. We are not responsible for any loss of mail if the shipping information is incorrect.

Our shipping charges are based upon total weight of the order. We will combine multiple items in one order into one or more shipping containers and charge the combined total weight of the number of containers in the order.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for any products destroyed or damaged due to Customer misuse or mishandling (i.e our UAV's, drone and helicopter crashes, or cracked glass due to a dropped smartwatch, etc.)
Please contact us before returning items and we will provide you with the return shipping address. For your protection and ours, we kindly request that obtain a Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation Number from your local Post Office for any returned parcels. Please forward this information to our Customer Support Team via email.
If purchasing via eBay, please DO NOT open a Case for initiating a return of an item.
Please DO NOT return your shipment back to us without contacting us first! Will will assign you a RMA Number for return of your item(s) We cannot be responsible for items returned to us without advance knowledge of the return!
